If you wish to purchase on line just browse our product sections, or use the search facility, and click on each item you wish to purchase as directed by clicking on the ‘buy’ logo to add to your ‘basket’. A list will appear at the top of the screen of your ‘basket’. You can change the order or cancel by clicking ‘remove’. After you have finished choosing your products, click on ‘checkout’ and you will be asked for your details.
Items are priced in GBP and USD near each item and also in EUR in the basket.

If your product is out of stock, you will be notified by email. You will be able to cancel your order by email or telephone within 5 working days.
Some of our products carry VAT exemption, which will be indicated next to the product with a *.
You do not have to pay VAT on these products if you suffer from a long-term medical condition such as chronic incontinence or chronic pain or you are registered disabled. If this is the case, we will not despatch your order until we have received this by post, as it has to have a valid signature and date by the sufferer. This is a legal requirement of the VAT Office which we are expected to comply with. If you do not complete a VAT declaration form, we will have to charge you VAT.
We send out all our orders in plain packaging for privacy. Each product carries individual postage and packing costs as displayed. We will endeavour to deliver within 7 working days if the goods are in stock, otherwise you will be advised by email.

All our equipment is guaranteed for 12 months from date of purchase. IF you are unhappy with your product, we will replace or refund, subject to our Returns Policy below. We ask that if you are not satisfied with your goods, that you return them within 14 days if they have not been worn, used or damaged, still in their original packaging!.
