On 18th April, a group of delegates from Pinderfields Hospital attended the one-day bladder scanner maintenance training course at our Training Suite in South Gloucestershire. The course covers the fundamentals of ultrasound principles and characteristics and its application in bladder scanning, performance testing, calibration, and electrical safety testing. We’re thrilled to share that the feedback has been overwhelmingly positive.
Engaging Trainers and Insightful Content
Participants enjoyed the training style, which was highlighted as a key factor in keeping the sessions lively and interesting. One attendee remarked, “The enthusiasm of the trainers kept me engaged throughout the entire session.”
Another aspect that received high praise was the course content; “the course content on how the device works and creates an image and gives the measurement was extremely insightful,” shared one participant.
Learning about the fundamentals of ultrasound was also a highlight. It provided a solid foundation for understanding the more complex aspects of ultrasound technology, which was appreciated by those new to the field and seasoned professionals alike.
Final comments
When asked about potential improvements, the response was clear: “In my opinion, the training was perfect… Thoroughly enjoyed all aspects of the training. Not much if anything to improve… I think the training was perfect and exactly what I expected it to be.”
Looking Forward
As we reflect on the success of this training course, we are encouraged by the positive impact it has had on the delegates. The knowledge gained and the skills developed are stepping stones to further innovation and excellence in their work with ultrasound technology.
We extend our heartfelt thanks to the participants who made this course a memorable experience.
