This was our last technical training course of the year. We held 18 altogether, with 92 delegates joining us for bladder scanner maintenance or electrical safety training in 2023. Thanks to you all for choosing to train with us.
Last week, we welcomed three delegates to our training suite in South Gloucestershire from Wye Valley NHS Trust. Our electrical safety testing course provides the background, understanding and knowledge essential for engineers to reinforce the skills necessary to perform an electrical safety test. This one-day course is written and taught by our course tutor, Dr Kenneth Pereira, who has over 37 years of experience teaching electronics and biomedical engineering. Dr Kenneth Pereira was joined by our Datrend Technical Specialist, Jonny Wall, who showed the delegates how to carry out the safety tests on our equipment and gave them an insight into the Datrend range.
This course is offered on-site or at our training suite in South Gloucestershire, and last week the team from Wye Valley came to our site for the training. The course was well received by those who attended; one delegate commented, ‘great presentation style with lots of opportunities to ask questions and talk about real-life examples, which all made for an enjoyable and informative course. This has exceeded my expectations.’ Another delegate commented, ‘I liked the training content and trainer’s knowledge; it was easy to understand.’
Thank you to our delegates for joining us; if you would like to read more about this course, please visit our website. We also offer a Bladder Scanner Maintenance course, click to learn more.
