We recently concluded two days of focused biofeedback training, starting with an introductory course and progressing to an advanced course the following day. The structure allowed participants to build their knowledge systematically, from foundational principles to complex clinical applications.
Delegates can choose to attend just one day or come for two, back-to-back days of learning. Have a look at our events calendar here.
The introductory day provided a comprehensive overview of biofeedback, emphasising practical applications. Participants engaged in hands-on exercises, learning to utilise basic biofeedback techniques and understand their physiological impact. It was rewarding to witness participants gain confidence in applying these new skills.

The following day, the advanced course built upon this foundation, delving into advanced protocols and clinical case studies. Experienced practitioners explored nuanced applications of biofeedback, discussing complex cases and refining their techniques. The collaborative environment fostered valuable knowledge exchange and problem-solving.
Feedback from participants was consistently positive, with many highlighting the practical relevance of the training. Attendees appreciated the expertise on offer and the opportunity to apply their learning in a supportive environment.
Feedback from the the introductory course included, “Julia was so knowledgeable, the venue was so clean and all staff I interacted with friendly. Plenty of fluid and snack options [too].”
A participant on the advanced course in their feedback said the following, “Good communication leading up [to] the course. Good venue and lunch, well organised and a very informative course. Julia has a vast knowledge and explains everything very well.”
We thank all participants for their active engagement and valuable contributions. Information regarding future biofeedback training courses will be available on our website.
